The umbrella is the cheapest and quickest way of getting soft light. One of the umbrellas is shoot through and one is to bounce back. They come with a speedlite bracket to get you up and running with your off camera flash.

Attach the flash gun to the spigot mount on top of a lighting stand or spigot clamp (Item 0810 sold separately).

The bracket is made of durable nylon moulding and is designed to withstand without drooping. There is a ratchet mechanism inside the joint ensuring a strong lock down once you have positioned the bracket and screwed in the locking nut. The bracket comes with a hole for the positioning of a brolly.
