International Orders
International Orders - Non EU
All orders outside of the EU (European Union) qualify for TAX FREE status, this means that the final cost of your goods will have the applicable UK VAT Tax (currently 15%) deducted, please note this does not apply to shipping costs. The final Tax Free value will not show in your basket at checkout, but will be applied once we charge your card prior to shipping.

This does not apply to payments made by your Paypal account, Paypal deduct payment immediately, this is a condition of their business. Tax Refunds will then issued at the point that we ship.

All orders are charged in to your account in �GBP, there may a slight difference in the exchange rate offered by your credit card company and the "Tourist" rates quoted by our site.

For items containing Electrical Mains Leads & Chargers, please note that unless otherwise stated, your items will ship with the relevant UK Mains leads and/or charger. We will not accept returns on the basis that the "wrong" mains lead was supplied. Electrical voltage in the UK is 220v.

We are only able to offer Tax Free goods for goods that are actually shipped out of the EU (European Union), foreign tourists on holiday in the UK or Europe do not qualify for this offer.

We do not offer a collection service for any goods shipped abroad, if the buyer wishes to return an order they can do so but no refund for postage can be given.

International Orders - EU
All orders despatched to the EU includes the relevant UK VAT tax @ 15%. Please note that we are unable to deduct VAT for qualifying VAT registered EU companies, you will need to claim this back via your own Tax authorities.

International Orders - EU, Greece, Italy, Norway & Switzerland
Unfortunately we are currently unable to accept orders from Greece, this is because DPD (our European ROAD couriers do not cover the country yet).

We have experienced many long term attempts to defraud us from Italy, this has now led us to the position that we are unwilling to accept any further orders for delivery to this country - genuine customers, please accept out apologies.

We have experienced several customs related problems with customers not paying the relevant local Duty imposed by their country, this has created more problems than we are willing to deal with and we will therefore, no longer accept orders for delivery to these countries.

UK Channel Islands Orders
All orders despatched to the Channel Islands qualify for VAT free status, this will be deducted from your order at the point we ship and will not be reflected in your basket at checkout. Please note there is a �10 administration fee for this service which will be charged at checkout unless the VAT element is lower than �10, in which case the charge will be equal to the VAT charge.
